Bar Area. Lots of Cupboard space with small fridge and mini dish washer. Ideal for drinks storage and glass washing. Electrcial Fuses and Heating Controls.

Open Log Fire. Dining table with 12 matching chairs, 3 further chairs, dresser, Cupboards for Crockery and glasses with drawers for cutlery. 4 Windows 2 Facing onto Courtyard, Two facing River.
