Booking

The house is available 365 days a year on a first come first served basis.

Stays of 2,3 or 4 nights are charged at the same rate, which is 75% of the weekly rate.

Unfortunately we cannot make concessions for two night stays because of the high cost of cleaning and laundry.

5 night stays are charged at 83.5% of the weekly rate and 6 night stays at 92% of the weekly rate.

The normal capacity of the house is 13. We accept that sometimes parties will be larger than this. If agreed with us,  extra persons will be charged at £10.00 per head per night.

The house is advertised on a number of other sites so we cannot guarantee that the calendar is up to date or that the house is available.

A £200.00 deposit will secure the booking. The balance is due 4 weeks before occupancy.

We charge a refundable £150.00 security deposit, which covers damage and also the extra costs of cleaning should the house be left untidy. Deposits will be refunded as soon as possible, after the house has been cleaned, minus any deductions we deem necessary. Occasional breakages of glasses and crockery will not be charged.

Payment can be made by Direct Payment from your bank. Credit Cards (please ring with details) and Paypal (Please ask for a Paypal invoice)

Prices quoted cover the cost of electricity and oil consumed at the premises.

All beds will be made up with clean linen for your arrival and we provide towels for use in the house. Towels must not be used outside. One set of linen per person per week is provided. For extended stays, extra linen will be provided but tenants are responsible for making up beds.

Fires will be made up and a supply of logs will be provided. Extra Logs are charged at £5.00 for 50kg.

The Aga will normally be switched off between May and September, but can be lit by request.

We reserve the right to alter prices without notice.

The house is available from 4.00pm on the day of booking and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. If you wish to arrive early or leave late, it is essential that you clear this with us first.
